Our Mission

Hudson & Sterling is, first and foremost, focused on people and their experiences of a space. Erica Harrison founded Hudson & Sterling in 2016. Having worked  for over a decade designing concepts for Ralph Lauren, she took her first steps away  when she was asked to design a home  interior in East Hampton, NY; Hudson & Sterling  was born and the firm hasn't looked back since.

"I believe that the experience of a space is just as important as the design and the objects that go into it – it all plays into how we live. She is never focused on a definitive style from any era. We love to strip things down to their essence – the home's heart- and build from there, mixing eras and style, to make fun and engaging environments. " Known for contradictions and her use of layers and eclecticism. "The goal is to focus on things we love and design livable spaces that bring out our clients true style and story. Our wish is to stimulate our spaces, raise the bar, and to create a gracious space that our clients will share with family and friends for generations. " -EH
